Several factors influence our sex life and stress is one of them. If you make too much of the stress hormone cortisol, this can get in the way of your orgasm. In itself it is not strange that it is easier to reach a peak when you are relaxed. Do you have a lot on your mind? Then meditation can offer a solution.
Only a few sessions are needed to lower your cortisol level. Meditation also has a beneficial effect on the production of the lucky hormones dopamine and serotonin. Both hormones contribute to more intense orgasms.
To come to an orgasm it is important to be able to enjoy the moment, every contact with your partner. Through meditation you learn to let go of thoughts and listen to your body and that of your partner. Give it a try by doing meditation a few days before you have sex. Who knows, this may both help you reach the ultimate climax!
