One shower in the morning, the other in the evening. But for anyone who finds it hard to get to sleep in the evening, there is now a simple trick to give this a helping hand.

Good night's sleep

It may sound a little crazy, but it is said to really help. And let's face it: if it promises a good night's sleep, why not? To fall asleep in no time in the evening and then wake up rested, it is recommended to shower with a few sprigs of lavender in the evening.

Shower head

Say what? Yes, we didn't make it up either, but it would help tremendously. All you have to do is tie the twigs together to the shower head, so that the water first sprays over the plant.

Boost

You prefer to shower in the morning, then swap the lavender sprigs for eucalyptus. Due to the steam and heat, certain oils would be released, which give you a big boost and wake you up right away. Well worth a try anyway, right?
