To get out of a relationship dip, you can try anything with your partner. One of the possible solutions is to have more sex and, for example, to try out new positions. Yet more sex is not always the answer, because if you already have sex regularly, it can help to reduce it.
If you live together with your partner, your sex life can be quickly become a routine. Sex can also be the primary way in which you show affection for each other. By diminishing with sex, you can find other ways to be intimate with each other and thus rekindle the flame. For example, how often do you still have intense kisses, do you cuddle in bed without sex or do you have romantic conversations? You will also want more sex by not doing it for a while, so it will feel extra good when you start again.
What exactly is a sex break then? This is something that you can determine yourself. For example, you can decide not to have sex for a month, three months or just two weeks. Often it depends on how much sex you usually have. It is important that you decide jointly and both understand the usefulness of it, because if there is disagreement, it can actually be counterproductive.
