The corona virus throws a spanner in the works for many events, meetings and companies. It also threatened to ruin the wedding of the couple Reilly Jennings and Amanda Wheeler, but they didn't want that to happen at all costs.
Reilly and Amanda were supposed to be in October but because they were afraid of the possible closure of the wedding location by the coronavirus, they brought the wedding forward. However, shortly afterwards it turned out that the municipality's wedding office had to close, which meant that they no longer had a wedding official.
For a moment Reilly and Amanda saw their marriage gloomily, because how were they find a wedding official so quickly? Fortunately, their friend Matt Wilson came to the rescue, he turned out to be sworn in and was able to get married.
However, because of the corona virus, this had to be done from the balcony, in order to prevent possible infections. Matt married the couple from his fourth-floor window, while Amanda and Reilly answered yes on the sidewalk in front of only four close friends. "To be able to call Amanda my wife in these very uncertain times is very special," said Reilly.
