Four errors that make you look old faster

We are all getting older, we can't help it. To slow down the aging process of our skin we can ensure that we get enough sleep, use sunscreen and moisturizing cream. There are, however, even more things you can do to prevent the aging of your skin. Avoid at least the following four errors:
Sleeping on your face
The law of gravity also applies to your face. This means that the moisture in your face drops when you sleep on your face. The immediate consequence of this is a puffy face and swollen eyes. In the long term, sleeping on your face reduces the amount of collagen in your skin, causing your skin to lose firmness and elasticity.
Don't wash your face
Although you may not feel like it sometimes, it is extremely important to wash your face before you go to sleep. If you do not remove dirt, sweat and makeup from your face at the end of the day, your pores may become clogged and you may suffer from blackheads and dilated pores.
Use too many skin products < / p>
If you use many different skin products and are not sure how they react together, this can be harmful to your skin. There are anti-wrinkle products with retinol, but if you mix these with anti-acne products that contain benzoyl peroxide, this can lead to dry and irritated skin. This will make small wrinkles visible faster.
Not drinking enough waterWater is an important part of your skin. Without sufficient hydration, your skin becomes less firm and elastic. In the short term, dehydration can cause the skin around your eyes to look wrinkled and sunken. In the long run it can cause your skin to permanently lose elasticity.
