Pickles

The salt in pickles attracts water which ensures that you retain more moisture. When you are severely dehydrated and suffer from headaches and dry mouth (classic symptoms), every little bit helps!

Coconut water or bananas

If you are dehydrated, you not only lose water, but also electrolytes, including potassium. Too little potassium can lead to cramps, fatigue, nausea, dizziness and palpitations. Both foods are full of potassium. You will soon feel relief by eating or drinking.

Tea with honey and ginger

Ginger is a natural nausea fighter and the sugar of honey helps to break down alcohol faster. The trio is also full of antioxidants, which can protect you against some of the inflammations and headaches.

Eggs contain two amino acids that work to make you feel better: taurine and cysteine. Research has shown that taurine tackles liver damage through heavy drinking overnight and helps the body flush out toxins faster. Cysteine ??works directly against the effects of acetaldehyde, an annoying byproduct of alcohol metabolism that is more toxic than alcohol itself. It causes headaches and chills.
