There are many ways to feel one with nature and to be surrounded by silence and breathtaking landscapes and a stay in this tree house in the Alps is one of those ways.

The Peter Picher architecture firm based in Milan has a new design unveiled for three tree houses next to the Austrian city of Kitzbühel. The tree houses will be part of a 7-star hotel that is still under development. The tree houses tower above the treetops and offer guests a great view of the Alpine landscape ranging from 60 to 80 square meters and equipped with a large bedroom and bathroom, and for the larger there is also a living room and sauna. The bedroom overlooks the forest and the mountains thanks to a glass wall.

The tree houses are inspired by the local architectural styles and mainly built from wood, which is sustainable and available locally. The external wooden skeleton not only provides a cozy feeling, but also provides interesting lighting - during the day the light filters in for a playful effect, while the tree houses glow at night and illuminate the forest.
The project has just been revealed, if you want to follow the development, you can do this on the official Peter Pilcher website.
