Often these are plans that mean lying at school or at work about why you are later, so be wise is it not. Maybe you could try to become a morning person so that you can jump out of bed fresh and fruity every day. The following tips can help you with this:

Fixed sleep rhythm

By going to sleep at the same time every night and getting up at the same time in the morning, you create a sleep rhythm. This makes it a lot easier to get out of bed in the morning.

No late coffee

The caffeine in coffee makes it harder for us to fall asleep and sleep more restlessly. This makes waking up early in the morning a difficult story. Therefore, try not to drink coffee for at least six hours before you go to sleep, or drink coffee without caffeine.

Eat pistachio nuts

Limit your drink intake.
