We all complain and it can even be healthy. But like almost all good things in life, you have to do it in moderation. You do not want to be known as someone who always has something to complain about, because then you will be avoided quickly. Try to reduce the following.

Track

Start tracking your complaints. You probably don't even know how much you're complaining about, so try to pay more attention to what you're saying and keep a (mental) list. Once you become aware of how much you complain, you are more motivated to quit.

Balance

Keeping track of how much you complain can help you balance negativity and positivity. Once you complain about something, you should try not to complain again until you have made a positive comment first. This ensures that you complain less and that your complaints are neutralized by your other statements.

New perspective

How much you complain often has to do with your perspective. It is not necessary to view the glass as half full, but try to view everything from multiple sides. Pay more attention to your own actions, because you too are not perfect and do enough things that others might complain about. When you see this, it becomes more difficult to blame others for everything.
