The Governess, is an iconic Pulitzer's Bar cocktail best described as light, refreshing, lemony and dry.
Ingredients: 40ml Porters Tropical Old Tom Gin *
30ml Lemon Juice
15ml Grapefruit & white tea Oleo
50 Fever Tree Soda
50ml Fever Tree Tonic
* Swap the Porters Tropical Old Tom Gin for 40ml Everleaf for the boozeless version. < / p>
Preparation: Put all ingredients one by one in a highball glass and top with Fever Tree Soda and Fever Tree Tonic. Garnish with citrus powder.
