Pfff. Occasionally you might fall asleep like that. Take a nap to continue fresh. Unfortunately you often wake up enormously broke. If you haven't made any progress yet ... Luckily there are ways to take a nap and wake up fresh and fruity!

No more than half an hour

You have the most advantage of a nap when it is between it lasts 25 and 30 minutes. You can rest well during this time. 25 minutes is the time that your body needs to build up energy. After 30 minutes you get into a deep sleep, after which you only wake up broke. So, set the alarm.

You can also work very briefly
