Researchers at the Beth Israel Deaconess Medial Center have done research into how you can get rid of your jet lag the quickest. They came to the conclusion that your so-called body clock does not determine the day-night cycle, but your body is confused by the lack of food.

So when you want to reset your body again, it is the most convenient way to apply this trick. Be sure to start fasting after you have eaten your last meal so that the period ends around breakfast time at your new destination. Although this period can take up to 16 hours, you are sleeping half the time.
