1. Schedule time for yourself.

2. Find a way to deal with the pandemic
"If you only get stress from the news, include it in your schedule. Schedule a time every day to share the news about the virus talk and find a way to deal with this, but make sure it's not all you talk about. "
3. Try new things.
"You spend a lot of time together now. How much fun is it to try new things? Think about a virtual pub quiz, board game, or find a series together to watch." P >
4. Breathe in, breathe out
"Take a few deep breaths as your partner starts to get on your nerves. Ask yourself if it's worth going into. And if so, do so with care, love and respect, keep in mind that you want to get closer and don't want to "win" a fight. "
5. Take care of yourself
