Wearing a high tail is perhaps the easiest way to light up your hair. But if you tighten your hair too often, it can put pressure on your scalp. You probably know the effect of this.
There are no nerves in your hair itself, but under your hair follicles and in your scalp. When your tail tightens these nerves, this often leads to a nasty headache.
It is a common problem and a major irritation for many women. The chance of a headache is increased if you often suffer from migraine or stress.
If you get a headache from your ponytail, it is best to take your hair off. Gently massage your scalp into the area where you are in pain and give your hair time to rest. Often the pain disappears completely after an hour.
If you often experience this kind of headache, you may have to reconsider your go to haircut. For example, choosing a braid can help prevent the pain. Usually moving the ponytail can also relieve the headache.
