1. It prevents your blood circulation.
It is pretty important that your blood circulation in your lower limbs is good. It ensures that your blood returns to your heart and that your ankles do not swell. If your blood cannot flow back because your pants are too tight, you can get tired. Your heart has to work harder to circulate the blood.
2. You can get varicose veins.
If tight clothing impedes blood circulation, you have more chance of varicose veins. This is especially the case with women.
3. It accelerates cellulite formation
If you suffer from cellulite, tight clothing can stimulate its formation. Reduced blood circulation can cause fat nodules on the thighs.
4. Difficulty breathing
