It is Monday and week two for many who have to work from home. Sometimes you are so busy that you immediately lose heart and your productivity has disappeared in one fell swoop. Precisely because you do not know where to start, you start doing other things with misery, so that your to-do list never ends.


There is one tip that will help you out: keep creating to-do lists. But instead of 'just' putting together all the tasks you must have done, you should divide your tasks into four categories.

Four categories

At the top of your list will be the category 'urgent and important'; you should do these things right away. Below the category 'important but not urgent', you mainly decide when you will do it. 'Not very important but urgent' are things that you might be able to outsource to someone else, and 'not important and not urgent' is shown at the bottom.

Try to organize your working day in this way. Hopefully this will make you a lot more productive!
